    After eating some fantastic meals made by my mother featuring stews chickens and steaks, I decided to try shopping there myself. I bought a flank steak there that was among the best I'd ever had, and the chicken I got was very good too. However, I was disappointed in the porterhouse I brought home for dinner tonight. After marinating it all day, letting it sit for over an hour before grilling and then cooking to a perfect medium rare, I did not expect it to be as tough as it was. Stews is great for standard fare such as chicken and some cuts of steak, but see a regular butcher for prime cuts such as a porterhouse.

    Prices and cleanliness were both also pluses as well.
